Michael B. Siegel is a US physician, researcher and expert in Public Health. His research interests are on marketing practices and their effects on youths, especially in the areas of alcool and tobacco. He is interested in secondhand smoke effects on health, considering that there is “no safe level of secondary smoke”, and actively promotes smoke-free policies. He actively promotes use of e-cigarettes among former smokers since they constitute a safer alternative to conventional tobacco products, in his opinion. He is maintaining a Blog where he provides insights on tobacco-related news.
