Special conditions applicable to Vaping Post photographies
Prerequisites
1. In accordance with the Federal Law on Copyright and related rights in force in Switzerland (Copyright Law, LDA), a prior and specific authorization from the author is mandatory. No transfer of rights for a paper publication can lead to an automatic transfer of rights for the electronic site and vice versa.
2. Signature of the work : The photographic credit consisting of the © and the name of the photographer and the mention “www.vapingpost.com” must be clearly indicated with the photographic document. If the photographer requests it when the documents are handed over, the photographic credit must include a link to his electronic contact (e-mail, professional site, site of the agency representing him, etc.).
3. No reproduction or partial representation, modification, denaturation, cropping or trimming may be made without the express permission of the author. Any failure to comply with the above obligations shall give rise to an increase (equal to 100% of the amount of the fees that should have been paid under the authorization, applicable without prejudice to any other remedy).
Resolution
The definition of the image reproduced on the Internet must not exceed 72 DPI and the size of 640 x 480 pixels.
Categories of site visits : It is up to the user to communicate to the author the rate of frequentation of his site, the audience measurement index can be the one transmitted by the publisher himself to his advertisers. .
Category A: the most frequented sites . Information and press sites with a traffic rate of more than 1,000,000 hits per month. .
Category B: Intermediate sites . Information and press sites with less than 1,000,000 hits per month (between 500,000 and 1,000,000 hits). .
Category C: less-frequented sites . News and press sites with less than 500,000 hits per month. These may be information sites of an associative or cultural nature with statutes prohibiting profits.
