Two vapes in one pod
The Vibe SE 2 is an easy device to get to grips with. It does not require complex settings and can be used by a new vaper who wants to experiment with two vaping styles. With its dual-coil cartridge, it is possible to vape with either direct or indirect inhaling without having to change the tank.

Simple and effective
On one side of the Vibe SE 2, a small slider allows the pod’s power to be changed. Two modes are available: Power mode for use at 28 W, and Eco mode for vaping at 15 W. One or the other can be selected depending on the desired sensation and the type of inhaling being used. The advantage of the Vibe SE 2 is that it uses a single cartridge which, thanks to its dual mesh, offers two different resistance values: 0.8 or 0.6 ohm.
On the opposite side, a USB-C port allows the integrated 1400 mAh battery to be recharged. Battery life is decent when vaping at 15 W, but at a higher power level, an additional charge may be needed for a full day’s use. On the front, a small LED lights up while charging and uses a colour code to indicate the battery level. It is possible to vape while the device is charging.
It should be noted that the pod is supplied with its cartridge but without a charging cable. The device is competitively priced, but adding a cable would not necessarily have increased the price significantly.
The cartridge is the Vibe SE 2’s strong point. Its 4.5 ml capacity is substantial for a compact pod. The slim shape of the mouthpiece feels pleasant on the lips. Filling is conventional: simply lift the silicone plug to access the filling port. Fine-tipped e-liquid bottles should be preferred. The shape of the pod makes it possible to check the remaining liquid level in the cartridge at any time, without removing it.
As mentioned above, the cartridge contains two different coils. With a single tank, it is therefore possible to obtain two different vaping styles. In Eco mode, the draw is a fairly dynamic indirect inhale. In Power mode (PWR), the draw is airier and direct, but still restricted. Vapour is produced only by inhaling.
As for flavour reproduction, the Vibe SE 2 is a good pod. Flavours are clear and well defined, especially with fruity e-liquids.
