Multiple Possibilities

Like several other manufacturers, Lost Vape has integrated dual mesh coil technology into its cartridges, enabling different power outputs. Users can activate either one mesh coil at a time or both simultaneously. Coil resistance and output power vary depending on the selected mode. The Thelema Elite DM45 is easy to use and offers a maximum power of 45 W.

From One to Two

The Thelema Elite DM45 stands out—especially our model, which draws heavy inspiration from manga and video game aesthetics. The device is available in 12 different finishes, offering more variety than usual. The bold design is a welcome departure from the typical pod device look.

On the front, you’ll find a monochrome screen and a USB-C port for charging the integrated 1500 mAh battery (more on that later). An airflow slider sits alongside the coil housing to fine-tune draw resistance. Just above, a large red firing button allows the user to produce vapor and confirm menu choices. Vaping can be activated either via the button or through auto-draw. In our tests, manual firing proved more reliable—auto-draw occasionally lagged in MTL mode. Nothing major, but it was slightly noticeable.

The display shows essential information such as selected wattage, coil resistance, and battery level. The brightness is adequate, and all data is easy to read at a glance. The interface is intentionally minimalistic, allowing any vaper to use the device straight out of the box.
Aside from power adjustment and locking, the main feature is selecting between single or dual mesh operation. The system is straightforward: toggle between “single” or “dual” mode.
In single mode, the mesh coil heats alternately on each side, resulting in higher resistance and lower power demand. In dual mode, both mesh elements are activated simultaneously, lowering resistance and requiring more power. It’s an effective system that offers distinct draw experiences without changing the cartridge.

Two cartridges are included. The first is an E-Plus DM 0.3 ohm cartridge, designed for use between 30–45 W. The second is an E-Plus DM 0.6 ohm cartridge, rated for 16–25 W. These values apply when using dual mesh mode. Refilling is standard for a pod system—just lift the silicone plug and insert the e-liquid nozzle. The capacity is 3 ml.
On the vape side, flavor performance is excellent. The flavor spectrum is detailed and accurate with every puff.
The ability to switch between single and dual mesh without changing the cartridge is a real advantage. That said, with the 0.3 ohm cartridge in dual mode, battery consumption is high, and you’ll likely need to recharge before the day is over.
