Built for clouds

Dual-battery kits are becoming increasingly rare, but some manufacturers are still committed to renewing this category. The Revolto S is one of them, designed for substantial vapor production in direct lung vaping. The arrival of the BP-F coils is good news for fans of this style of vaping, particularly because they deliver excellent flavor.

Big clouds ahead

The top of the mod features a spring-loaded connection that ensures constant contact with the clearomizer. It can accommodate a clearomizer up to 26.8 mm in diameter without any overhang.

The battery compartment holds two 18650 batteries. A pull tab makes them easier to remove. Polarity is clearly marked to prevent mistakes. If the user does insert them incorrectly, the mod is protected against reverse polarity, helping to ensure safe use.

On the front, the Revolto S mod features a screen, “+” and “–” buttons, a fire button, and a switch for turning the device on and off. Beneath this switch is a USB-C port used for firmware updates or occasional charging. For greater safety, we recommend removing the batteries from the mod and charging them with a suitable external battery charger. The buttons are well integrated and sit flush with the body.
Menu access is conventional. The mod offers Wattage mode, temperature control, custom power curves, Voltage mode, and Bypass mode. It is a fully featured device that covers the needs of demanding vapers looking for fine control. It delivers between 5 and 220 W for powerful DL vaping.

The clearomizer paired with the Revolto S mod is the H2. It measures 26 mm at the base. Designed exclusively for DL vaping, it has a conventional construction and uses a top-airflow system to reduce the risk of leaks.

Filling is done by sliding the top cap to reveal the fill port. Most e-liquid bottle nozzles are compatible. Capacity is 6 ml, which is appropriate for the consumption levels of this type of clearomizer. The drip tip is, logically, an 810 format, allowing a large volume of vapor to pass through. The sliding fill mechanism is firm enough to prevent accidental opening during transport.

The H2 uses a conventional design, with a screw-off base for replacing the coil and accessing the rest of the clearomizer. A second tank is included in the box. The airflow control, located at the top of the clearomizer, is well calibrated. It is not loose enough to move by itself, while still offering just enough resistance when adjusted.
The main new feature is the introduction of the new BP-F coils, two of which are supplied with the kit.

The 0.3-ohm BP-F is designed for use between 30 and 40 W. The 0.17-ohm BP-F is intended for vaping between 45 and 55 W. Despite the fairly low resistance values, the recommended wattages remain reasonable while still allowing for substantial cloud production.
In use, these coils perform excellently. Flavor reproduction, particularly with fruity e-liquids, is remarkable. The level of flavor detail is impressively precise. Vapor production is generous, while remaining consistent with the selected wattage. There is little doubt that these BP-F coils will attract attention and could well establish themselves as a new benchmark for DL vaping.
