The NeXlim 2 is an elegant pod with a sober design. It is simple to use and not overly complex. It proves effective for vaping with either restricted direct inhaling or indirect inhaling thanks to its two cartridges, which offer a wide operating range. It is a product suited both to new vapers and more experienced users.

An easy pod
On one side of the NeXlim 2 pod, a slider adjusts the airflow entering the cartridge. This part affects both the temperature of the vapour and, above all, the sensation felt depending on the cartridge used. The more air circulates, the more direct and airy the draw will be, making it better suited to the coil with the lowest resistance value. Conversely, when using the cartridge with a higher resistance value, the airflow should be restricted. The adjustment is simple and does not move by itself when the pod is carried around.
On the opposite side, a button is used to adjust the pod’s settings. It does not produce vapour when pressed; only inhalation performs that function. A combination of presses on this button makes it possible to choose Eco or Boost mode, select the wattage, or change the visual theme and animations. Everything is clearly explained in the user manual.
Under the NeXlim 2, a USB-C port allows fast charging of the integrated 2000 mAh battery, offering comfortable battery life considering the size of the pod.
The colour screen on the front is fairly bright. It displays essential information such as the remaining battery level, the resistance value of the cartridge, the puff counter and the selected power. The NeXlim 2 can deliver up to 40 W depending on the cartridge selected. The pod automatically adjusts an operating range according to the resistance value, helping to prevent incorrect settings.
Two 4 ml cartridges are supplied with the pod. The first is a 0.8 ohm dual mesh NeXlim cartridge, designed for use between 12 and 32 W, while the second is a 0.6 ohm NeXlim cartridge for vaping between 20 and 40 W. The operating range may seem wide, but it is suited to Eco and Boost modes, the latter requiring more power. This is also the advantage of this type of cartridge: it offers a broader range of use depending on individual preferences.
In terms of vaping performance, it is a success. Flavours are ideally detailed, subtle and precise. The draw can range from tight and light, without hot vapour, to much more dynamic with the 0.6 ohm cartridge. The NeXlim 2 is compatible with many Xlim and NeXlim cartridges ranging from 0.4 to 1.2 ohm, covering most vapers’ needs.
