They still have no idea how many consumer items utilize some form or other of nicotine. “Recruitment”? They make it sound like people are walking around with overcoats that have vaporizers velcroed to the inside … “pssst! Wanna buy an ecig?”
Banning this, restricting that, forbidding such, scaremongering for the rest… I’m gonna like vaping underground. And the conference of ministers of finance 7 at New Delhi is going to miss our money. What a petty….
